How to make a flashing Icon?

Hi, Im new to kanzi

I want to make an icon turn on, flash and then get bigger. 
How can I go about doing this?

  There are a few different ways to create a flashing icon, that gets larger. 
  I would recommend using state managers and state groups. The flashing can be done in one state group, and then in another you can change the size of the icon. 
  
  Another way this can be done, is in an animation. You could animate the flashing on the visible property, and the size would then be Render Transform 2d.
