Hi,

I'm installing kanzi studio 3.9.11, but it requires online installation of vcredist 2015-2022, and many attempts have failed to download and install. Please give an installation package containing kanzi studio 3.9.11 of vcredist2015-2022.

  The Community forum unfortunately is not a place for Rightware to deliver installation packages. If you are in need of a specific delivery package please submit a ticket and the support team will be able to evaluate your needs and deliver packages if necessary. 
  
  As for downloading Kanzi,  you should be able to access it from Kanzi Hub which you can find from the following link:
  https://support.rightware.com/hc/en-us/articles/12456018801180-Download-Kanzi-Hub
  
  If you are unable to download and install, this may be due to your region or network firewalls. Please try from a mobile hotspot (this step will only need to be done the first time)
