Kanzi error code- 10401

What does this error mean?
I cant view preview and I cant get Kanzi to work

  10401 means "Failed to open file or directory"
  
  This means that the Kanzi project is trying to reference a file, or plugin that is not in the set location. Typically this happens with plugins not being stored in the KanziWorkspace>>Engine>>Plugins folder, but can happen with other files as well.
