How to control text direction (RTL/LTR) in Kanzi Studio?
AnsweredI am working with Arabic text in Kanzi Studio.
By default, Arabic text is rendered from right to left, which is expected. However, I need to display additional characters (for example, Latin text or numbers) on the right side of the Arabic text.
Currently, when I set the text, the layout does not appear as expected, and the ordering of characters seems incorrect when mixing RTL (Arabic) and LTR text.
I also tried using Unicode bidi control characters (such as U+202B for RTL embedding) to explicitly control the text direction. However, this does not seem to have any effect.
Is there a recommended way in Kanzi Studio to handle mixed RTL/LTR text or to enforce text direction? Are Unicode bidi control characters supported in this case?

I believe the feature you are asking about is called Font Fallback.
You can find more information here:
https://docs.kanzi.com/4.0.0/en/working-with/text/text.html#font-fallback
Fallback Fonts are only available in Kanzi 4.0 and later releases.
